RSW Swimming

RSW Swimming is a performance programme built around individual development, high standards and a clear pathway from regional swimming through to national, international and university performance.
Our deliberately focused squad structure allows coaches to know each athlete, understand their development needs and provide purposeful training, technical support, strength and conditioning, competition planning and pathway guidance within one integrated programme.
“RSW has been integral in providing the environment and opportunities for me to win Olympic Gold”
