RSW Swimming

The Royal is built around one idea: giving every swimmer everything they need to exceed their potential. Our coaches are full-time and dedicated entirely to swimming — no other commitments, no split focus. Three full-time coaches in a deliberately small programme means every swimmer here is known, understood, and coached as an individual.
When you train with us, you are surrounded by coaches who are fully invested in your development, teammates who share your ambition, and a programme where everything works together — coaching, strength and conditioning, race preparation, and pathway planning. One complete programme, built for you.

“The Royal has been integral in providing the environment and opportunities for me to win Olympic Gold”
