Peak District Adventure Brings Geography to Life

Year 8 geographers visited Dovedale in the Peak District last week. It was both an enjoyable and educational day out, providing a great opportunity to see physical geography in action outside the classroom whilst strolling through some stunning scenery. Dovedale, located in Derbyshire, is well known for its dramatic limestone valley, river features, and iconic stepping stones. Students walked up the valley for a picnic in Milldale taking time out to buy ice creams and feed the ducks.

All the students represented the school well showing determination, curiosity and positivity.
