Junior School

 

 

Extra Curricular Activities in Junior School take part between 4.00pm and 5.00pm following a short break at the end of the afternoon lessons.

 

Ballet, Modern Dance, Yoga, and Elocution and Drama are paid for extras. All other activities are included in the school fees.

 

The activities on offer change termly and include the following:

 

Netball, Rounders, Football, Table Tennis, Athletics, Swimming, Choir, Percussion,  Model Making, Nature Watch, Cookery, Craft, Computers and Board Games.

 

A Prep session is also offered for Junior Department pupils and all children can be looked after in school until 6.00pm.

 

Sandwiches and drinks are provided for Pre Prep pupils who are staying for activities and Junior Department pupils may order a tea.

EUROPEAN JUNIOR SWIMMING CHAMPIONSHIPS

The School would like to congratulate Rachael Kelly, Year 12, who won a Gold Medal in the 100m butterfly event at the European Junior Championships in Helskini last week, a Silver Medal in the 200m butterfly and a Silver Medal in the 100m Medley Relay.

The Royal Wolverhampton School's Elite Swimming Coach, Nathan Hilton, was also selected to help coach the Great Britain International Junior Squad at this event.

Congratulations to them both.
